"Working with Deluca, Inc., on my 2nd floor remodel was truly a pleasure, and when I remodel my lower level basement, I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. When I was looking for a builder to do a complete renovation on the second story of my older home (c. 1949), Deluca, Inc., was very responsive about meeting to give me an estimate. For that reason alone, I give Deluca, Inc., an A+ -- I found it challenging to get other builders to even look at my remodel job, much less give me an estimate as quickly and efficiently as Deluca, Inc., did. Even before I signed a contract, Zach offered to deliver sheets of plywood since the floor had been removed to remediate vermiculite. I had been maneuvering around upstairs on only the floor joists for months as I tried to plan and prepare for remodeling this space. They carried the plywood upstairs and spread it out as a makeshift floor, at no charge, to allow me to move around easier – WOW! <br /> Zach was willing to work with me as I struggled to reuse and adapt secondhand building materials in my remodel. For example, he identified old shelving I had salvaged from the demolition as mahogany that he would eventually sand and restain as the window and door trim. He helped me think through the tile design for the bath/shower stall, and he made suggestions about incorporating details into the final design of many aspect of the renovation. At his suggestion, we installed a built‑in daybed in a small dormer area under the window.  It is now a favorite sleeping area – we love it! <br /> I could tell from the start that Deluca, Inc., was going to be a good fit for my remodel. "Initial estimate and communications was somewhat frustrating. Took two visits by Paradise to get the project info accurate, but once they did owner Matt pulled together a professional bid package, which was followed by a professional contract. Also, communications improved when I realized that they didn't have an office person to respond to voice messages, and I started communicating directly with Matt via email. Fence removal and installation was pretty uneventful and was completed in 4-1/2 days on some of the hottest days in June of 2015. Paradise has been very expeditious in honoring their lifetime warranty in repairing 3 small installation issues that have popped up from high wind events, the latest in February 2016 . Overall things went pretty well and I love the fence. I would suggest if you leave a voice message, to follow it up with an email."

"They were recommended by Sears to remove an old Jenn Air stove and <br /> replace it with a new Jenn Air stove. We have an old house and there is <br /> no way to install an overhead fan/vent for a stove, and the old stove <br /> was installed in the early 1970s. So we had no other replacement <br /> choices. In short, due to a wide variety of problems related to the <br /> prior installation being done wrong, differing counter top heights on <br /> either side of the new drop-in stove (old one was free standing), <br /> sloping floor, and new stove design affecting installation, there were <br /> multiple problems. It took far longer than anticipated to get the new <br /> stove in place; and , in spite of many efforts (they have installed <br /> several hundred stoves for Sears) it just wasn't right. They agreed to <br /> return to make some changes to get it right. We ordered another part <br /> and they returned to install if and came up with a solution to improve <br /> the installation which meant a customized solution - and they developed a customized solution, came back <br /> and reinstalled the stove. And it looks great. <br />"

"We were impressed with his professionalism.  Cole was there when he promised, he cleaned the work site at the end of each day and he did all that was in the original bid.  We found some minor differences between what we wanted and what he thought we wanted and he corrected them without complaint. As examples, the height of the bench in the shower and the placement of the cubbyholes needed to be altered. <br /> He was willing to do what was needed to make us happy with the project. "The owner of Vantage Point Construction is Chad Bustad; he does all window and door installations for Home Depot in Missoula, but will install any brand of window or door the customer wants.  He also does home remodeling.  My first contact with Mr. Bustad was in late July, when he measured all the windows in my house.  The windows arrived on the exact date I was told they would, and Mr. Bustad gave me a call on August 5 to schedule a time to install the windows.  He and a partner installed the first 7 windows in 7 hours.  He and his crew (another member came in the afternoon) worked quickly and efficiently.  Nothing in house was damaged, including doorways, and Mr. Bustad was careful to protect my hardwood floors and sweep up any construction pieces. <br /> Two weeks later, my large (12' x 6') picture window came in.  It had to be shipped separately because of the size, and then it was framed on site.  As I am an old lady, Mr. Bustad noticed there were things I hadn't been able to move; of course, I helped him notice them. <br /> What pleased me most is the windows look exactly like what I had had for 40 years, with beautiful molding, and he "hand made" the interior framing to make sure everything fit.  I have seen other installations of vinyl windows that look cheap.  These windows are vinyl with wood framing on the inside that has been primed for painting. <br /> I would definitely hire this contractor again if I need any more remodeling done."
