"We initially had a mis que on the time of expected service. The owner called and apologized and offered a discount as a consolation. I recognized how the misunderstanding could have occurred and it could have been partially my fault. He was quick to offer a remedy with almost immediate service. Overall I was very satisfied. I would use them again.

"Steve (the owner of Elite Appliance Repair) and Kevin arrived within the scheduled time window, though they had called ahead of time and said they could be a little late. They very quickly diagnosed the problems with our 14-year old washer (two circuit boards and a support strut) and recommended that given its age, we consider buying a new unit. Because they found the problem so quickly, they even waived the normal diagnostic fee, simply asking that we call them in the future! Simply can't get any better response and service!"
