They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"I hired Bob to install a new induction range, replacing a cooktop and cutting some of the stone countertop. He also replaced the existing hood vent with an over-the-range microwave. He was very knowledgeable and was able to do all of the work involved by himself. (Two other people that I spoke with could only do one part of the work and had no idea who could help me with the other parts.) Bob knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He worked with us to figure out how to make it look like everything had originally been installed that way. He showed up on the days he promised and let us know when he was running late (he was only 15 minutes late). "Went ok, definitely not great. There were several areas that were poorly finished or incomplete. There were items installed incorrectly or installed without approval. The contractor often pushed back on homeowner requests. Currently the bathroom drywall is growing a fungus, toilet seat is falling off and unfinished areas remain. He says his work is guaranteed, but last time he was here to see the bubbling drywall fungus he told us to scrape it off and repaint it on our own."

"Although I am pleased with the completed shower, I did not have a great experience. Mason was the sales man, and he was lovely except during the sales process he showed me doors that they no longer stock. No big deal except the doors that we agreed on were not what was delivered. Jim the project manager came out and measured the enclosure , then ordered what we had agreed and put a deposit on. We were told it may take 10 weeks to come in?. It did. The team came in the following week and removed the old tub and walls, did all the prep and plumbing on Monday. We were told as soon as the plumbing inspector came out , and passed their work they would come right back out and start the installation. Passed at 10 AM Tuesday morning, Jim said he would send a crew that afternoon, no one showed up. This went on till Friday, keep in mind, I only have one shower.
