My issue was many layered and took several trips to resolve, from broken pipes below the house to backup in the sewer line to a toilet issue. Perfect storm, but they methodically went through everything to make sure the issue was solved. Every step of the way they explained what was happening and their plan. "I had a leaking vegetable sprayer hose on my kitchen sink faucet that was leaking into the cabinet beneath when the faucet was on. The plumber (Thomas) came to the house within about an hour and 1/2 and offered to give a free estimate. A break was found on the hose itself, and he suggested we contact Delta Faucets to see if the hose was still under warranty, as it was going to cost $80 to purchase a new hose from Delta and it no longer is carried by Home Depot/Lowes or any other local supplier. IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY (5-10 years old) AND DELTA IS MAILING US A NEW ONE FOR FREE. I will definitely call American Tech Plumbing again."
