"Unfortunately this company has slowly declined in performance since the loss of the founder. There is an utter lack of execution that is incredibly frustrating and is exacerbated since the only time you need CHS is when you need them, so when they do not perform it is quite noticeable. Apparently that was not a great concern, and the business must be doing okay since they were happy to part with a client of more than a decade, I was happy to say adios and avoid paying for increased PM fees and upchages with little to no value in return."

Having no message received I called back week later, and then another week later,and then another week later. When I came to pick up my pocketbook I was not shown what work has been done and when asked to go over the work I was told just to take it. The owner showed utmost hostility and rudness during my visit telling me that I make him uncomfortable. I just asked to show me spot where work has been done. I do not recommend anyone to go to that place. Not only they are quite unprofessional, but also provide miserable service. Instead of 5 days I waited 21 day Expect no apologies!"
