"Well - Justin just left.  I can't believe the difference!  We had 900 + sq ft of tile in a house we have just bought - I knew it was nasty but had no idea just how dirty it was. Justin washed, scrubbed, treated and dried the tile, and then sealed all the grout.  Then he cleaned up the bottom of the glass door - which I was planning to do tomorrow - and wiped down all the cabinet bottoms.  He is meticulous.  The floors look new and they are 10 years old.  He also cleaned two rooms of carpeting and 2 rooms with hardwood - they also look like new.  His customer service is great - he was not planning to seal the grout but he graciously added it on - and the extra time.  His price was more than reasonable.  He called to confirm today's appointment yesterday, and again this morning when he was on his way.  He told me the best way to maintain the great job he did - and went next door to give my neighbor a quote!  I will call him again, and gladly recommend him to anybody."

"Chris Herlms is an artist when it comes to leather restoration.  After an operation our dear old cat got blood on a footstool that matches a very nice chair.  I found Phoenix Leather Guy on Angie's List and sent him some photos.  Chris responded quickly and was able to give me a quote over the phone. He came to our home, further assessed the project and completed it in under an hour. The result is truly amazing!  The footstool looks almost brand new! The only downside is that the footstool looks so good that we will have to clean and condition the chair, but Chris has products to allow us to do that ourselves.  What a positive experience.  A relatively small investment saves us having to replace a beautiful, expensive chair and footstool.
