"I'm very happy with Mazmanian! Basically, another company installed carpet for us and did a poor job, and I've been living with it for years (lumpy carpet). I heard good things about Mazmanian from a friend in the tile business, so I decided to give them a try. "I called American Chem Dry and was given an appointment within a few days. The window was from 12:00pm-3:00pm, and the serviceman (Patrick) showed up a little after 1:00. He was done by 3:00, and did not require much oversight. He moved furniture around when it was reasonable to do so, but the most important thing to me was to get the obvious soil out of the high-travel areas, and he did that. It took a few hours to dry, and the carpeting looks better than it has in years. There was some residue on my driveway afterward; I assume their vacuum hose discharges outside (I didn't go out to see this in person while he was cleaning), but the first rain washed a lot of that away, so it doesn't seem to be a concern. Patrick was very personable and seemed like a guy that you could trust to be in your house. I will use American Chem Dry again. <br />"
