"
Our 12-year old Natuzzi furniture is still solid and comfortable. We had pet scratches all over the loveseats in particular, and were trying to decide whether to purchase brand new, or have existing furniture repaired. After shopping at numerous furniture showrooms, we decided to try for the repair.

We contacted Mr. Worley in early March to get an estimate. He came to our home to evaluate the damage. He said he would call us with an estimate. The estimate took about two weeks to get .... He then came out again, and took a cutting from the deep red leath4er chair bottom to get a good color match. He left, and said he would call when he would be ready to take the furniture for repair.

After another several weeks, he told us he would be able to take a loveseat or the chair. We loaded our chair and ottoman, drove it to his home, and left it there. After a week or so, he let us know we could pick up the chair and bring another piece. We loaded up a loveseat and delivered it, picking up the chair and ottoman. A week or so later, we again delivered a loveseat, and picked up the repaired one.

He did a super job. The furniture looks like brand new! The turnaround time is our only complaint. He originally quoted it would be five weeks till he could start our job, but he was not able to start until very late in April. We thought he would take all the pieces at once and keep them for about a week or so, but he was only able to take each one separately. We delivered the furniture and picked it up, but it did take much longer to get it back.

The work is very high quality, and we would give Mr. Worley an A+, if he had communicated the actual turnaround time a little better for us. If you want a very high quality, and are in NO RUSH, this is the place for you. And even though I didn't like waiting so long, I would DEFINITELY use Mr. Worley again, and highly recommend him. Just don't be in a rush.
"

"Excellent! The leather jacket was ripped along 3 seams. The top layer of the belt was coming unglued from its leather backing. Anna and her staff were able to repair both so they look like new. They top-stitched the edging of the entire belt so that it's even stronger than it was. The turn-around time was about a week. The jacket repair was $30 and the belt was $10. Very reasonable charges.
"

"I found them on Angie's list. They do nice job. It was a good pair shoes after the repair and you will not even know. The employees were very efficient and I was in and out, that's what I liked about them. I dropped the shoes and picked them up a week later and they were available soon. Their price was good and they were on time. I would definitely use them in future."

"Eric discussed what could be done to restore the chest, as well as possible colors, finishes, etc. He called us to come look at it mid-point so we could see the progress and consult on the finishing touches. It took several weeks and was costly, but it was done by the date predicted and for the estimated price. For the quality and quantity of work done, all was more than fair. It is obvious they spent a lot of time and care on the details, and Eric enjoyed the challenges of redoing this piece and making it into something we can use and cherish for a long time to come.

"

"I first took the boot to Kimmel Shoe repair in Broad Ripple, where a haughty woman behind the desk informed me that it would take three weeks to repair the slide and would cost $17.00. She assured me it could not be done before that time, so I took my boot to Shu Renu. A very pleasant gentleman said the boot would be ready in five days and charged me $12.00. What a pleasant experience. Although Kimmel is much nearer my home, I will never go there again. Each time I have, it has been an unpleasant and expensive venture.
"

"When our mischievious Labrador chewed on one of my husband's shoes (and then on one of the brand-new ones he bought to replace it!), he thought all hope was lost. Urging him to give a shoe repair shop a chance, I called the Greenwood location of this company. Cautioning us that they wouldn't look just like they did before the destruction, the guy I spoke to on the phone seemed confident he could fix them. they were done when promised, and he explained what he did. We were amazed at how good they looked! You'd have to examine them very carefully to tell if they'd ever been damaged. I can't comment on the price paid because I've never needed a repair like this before....however, it was a small fraction of the cost to buy new ones."
