"Chris was able to perfectly match the leather colors of both sofas.  The repairs were expertly done. You cannot tell there was ever a crease, spot or snag in any of our furniture.  One of our sofas is over 12 years old. It had wrinkles & creases where the color had come off through years of constant use.  Chris fixed it all perfectly. Our other sofa had spots, in the most frequently used areas, where the color had faded or just come off of the leather. (Is how Chris explained it to me)  Chris fixed this expertly, as well.  Chris was very gracious, neat and respectful of my home as he worked.  I would recommend this company highly."

Even though I didn't know which insurance company would be handling my claim, the gentleman that helped me put down his lunch and worked-up an estimate that seemed complete. Being more helpful, he pointed-out some items that could be repaired instead of replaced, if I needed to save some money, and I really appreciated this. Additionally, the shop was very large and seemed very well-staffed both in the office and in the work spaces; they seemed busy enough to indicate their skill, but free enough to be able to take on and complete work in a reasonable period. The reason I did not use this shop was that my insurance wanted to work with another shop that also happened to be closer to my home."

"Bruce came to do an estimate on the above repairs, and he had availability to do the work the next day.  I rushed out and bought a new door at Home Depot and he agreed to pick it up.  Turns out, when Home Depot pulled the door down the next morning, they noticed it was damaged.  I arranged to purchase it a different Home Depot.  Bruce was very flexible and picked it up at the Home Depot that was farther away.  He still came on time and did excellent work for the agreed upon price and within the time he estimated - even though he had to make a run back out to Home Depot to get more paint and replacement caulk.  I have no complaints and I would definitely hire him again. <br />"
