Joan also informed me that Chris the technician may contact me before his visit. Chris could not have been more courteous and helpful in educating me on the pluses and minuses of leather. Upon reviewing the damages, he told me he could do the repairs, but suggested that due to the leather sectional quality I had, it would be prudent to forego the repair. Placing a thin blanket over the seat and head rest would hide the damages and serve me adequately. I agreed with his suggestion. I do appreciate Chris' opinion and he certainly has my respect. Sandy came to pick up the piece, and she also brought it back looking good as new and installed it back on the table. I also spoke with Frank at the store. I have no idea of price since it was handled through the mover, but I can vouch for quality of the work, which was excellent. It took about 6 weeks, and I had to call to see if it was done."
