"This was an AmazonLocal promotion which is why I did it...it was cheap as I had one small room and hallway to clean. <br /> My wife was here for the cleaning and she tells me that the cleaning technician arrived on time and came in.  Because I'm pretty finicky about some things, I moved all furniture (couch, two recliners, bookcase, and hutch) out of the living room.  No furniture for anyone to move.  Easy job. <br /> <br /> The technician cleaned the carpet completely and exercised a decent amount of care to not mess up my walls in the process.  He explained some things to my wife and did not try to upsell any further services.  Carpet was expected to be dry in one hour (it was for the most part) and that was that.  Good job!"
