"As I donâ t know costs prior to COVID or after, they were probably right on the money. I was scheduled for repair the next day, they arrived during the appointed time. They were very nice. "Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"My refrigerator wasn't cooling properly. Went to Angie and immediately got a call from this technician. He came out that eve and found the defrost problem within a min or 2. Was back a couple days later and replaced some parts and it's been cooling normal again. I would recommend ND appliance repair."
