"Pros: The employee who did the work did a great job, he was left alone to work on the house most days and only had help for a short period. They worked with the customer to pick a plan and did not force anything without agreement of the customer. Cons: Was difficult to work with when something changed. Their electrical contractor misquoted codes and when brought up that I didn't want him doing the work (as he was attempting to charge an additional $4,000.00 to move the breaker box that was not necessary) it was difficult to have the estimate reflect that work was not being done. It appears that they do not have a cost per line estimate system that they can provide to the customer if requested. Also it seemed as though they took his job as a second job to do when they didn't have something better. There were times that I wondered if the contractor would even show up and what was quoted as a 7 day job ended up taking close to 6 weeks. Also have not finished adding the privacy glass in the bathroom window as was ordered. They advised the window store messed up and they would be out to fix the problem, this was approx 1 month ago and I haven't heard anything to date. Overall - Good Builders but don't plan to have great communication or the job completed on the timeline they gave."

Another great thing about Cedarbrook is their consistent accessibility: (this is essential & yet seems to make Cedarbrook a unicorn among PNW contractors) CJ is actually reachable & always responds quickly to inquiries. He also uses the Rivet app, so you can track the progress of your projects in real-time. Their pricing is extremely fair & reasonable. Lastly, & this is lovely-he & his employeesâ attitudes are always upbeat & cordial. Thanks to CJ & his team, my house was on the market for a mere four days. It looked like eye candy when they were done. I was proud to show it off & hand it over to the new owners, knowing that the work that had been done to prepare it for them was solid.
