I thought my problem was some leaky faucets, but Devon diagnosed a faulty valve that controlled (or in this case didn't control) the pressure for the entire house. Once the valve was replaced the faucet leaks were manageable by me as a DIY project. Devon took the time to explain everything to me in detail, and while this was not an inexpensive replacement, he avoided doing work that would have been necessary to redo and which would not have solved my problem in the long run.
