"Monday morning (8/28/17) we woke-up to no water. After checking the obvious, circuit breaker, etc., I looked on Angie's list for highly rated well drilling and service companies I called Scott at 5:45am, expecting to leave a message, but he answered the phone and said he could be here by noon. He called back later to say he would come even earlier. He, Jim and Bill replaced my submersible well pump, all new piping and wiring, and air tank with all new fittings, pressure valve, etc. They were respectful, responsive, answering all my questions, and Scott told me up-front, after determining the problem, how much it would cost. The ONLY thing I would say as constructive criticism would be for them to make sure they ensure the area of work is clean and in the shape it was prior to the work being done, but it wasn't bad, and maybe just an oversight. I would definitely use Ries again (but hope there's no reason to)."

"The guys from 4-Ever Water-Tite were great! Prior to contracting 4-Ever Water-Tite, I had problems with water and excess moisture in my basement. My basement walls were also pushing in laterally. They put in a perimeter drain system and a new sump pump. They also installed steel support beams to support the walls. I am happy to report that it has now been a full year since 4-Ever Water-Tite worked on waterproofing my basement and it has remained dry. I highly recommend this company."

"Tim showed up right on time. He was very polite and very professional. He answered all of our questions and addressed any of our concerns with the house. The final report was in my email within an hour after he finished the inspection. He also gave us his card that had his direct number on it in case we had any further questions. " Stay Dry came out right away to assess the situation and then scheduled a service call to fix the leak. Stay Dry dug outside and found a hole where the original foundation joined a foundation added for an addition.  This hole had been the source of water in our basement during hard rain storms and was not accessible from the inside without removing built-in stairs. sealed the hole with a combination of materials to make sure it wouldn't leak again.  The Stay Dry personnel were very friendly and professional and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a basement water problem."

"I phoned Len in early May to enquire about work that needed to be done in the attic and to see if he could 1) remove built-in dressers to create access, 2) repair a fence, and 3) put up some lattice around a deck.  He had a full schedule that month and a few jobs took longer than he intended so he missed 2 appointments for the estimate.  After two weeks of phone calls and a few missed appointments he agreed to come on Friday 5/23 and thought he would be mid-afternoon on May 23. Again, a job took longer than he anticipated so he said that he would stop by on his way up north (just before a holiday weekend).  He ended up coming by at about 8 pm, walked through the house, but did not provide a quote. He suggested that we talk after the holiday weekend. Initially, I wasn't too bothered that it took some flexibility and rescheduling to get the estimate. I figured that he was focused on quality work.  
Unfortunately, I did not get the chance to see if the work was quality. I called Len twice the week of May 26th and never heard back from him.  I also tried again June 26th and have never gotten a response.

"Paul was great. He thoroughly examined the necessary repairs even discovering a problem that I was having with a strong odor coming from under a bathroom counter. Apparently the installer of my bathroom counter did not seal the pipes properly causing a slow leak and resulting in mold developing under the cabinet. In addition, Paul explained what needed to be done before hand for all repairs, offered options depending on how much you want to spend on materials, took time to listen about my concerns and answer any questions that I had. I will definitely be calling Paul again for all future plumbing issues."
