"Initial quote was great, but it took 7 return trips to get the job completed. The biggest issue was the man quoting it and the people doing the work don't seem to communicate. I had to keep calling them back and asking them to complete the job. They did not communicate well as to when they would do the work. Twice I took a day off work with the understanding they would finish the job. Once they showed up and did 20 min of work and said they had to go to the shop and would be back the next day. The other I called and asked where they were and they said they couldn't make it and would be out the next day. In the end, the work is good, but you have to stay on top of them to get the work completed."

"Ramirez Gonzalez Drywall did a great job repairing my walls and ceiling! They were prompt to our initial appointment and provided a detailed estimate for the proposed repairs. In addition to repairing my walls and ceiling, they thoroughly cleaned (swept and mopped) the work area. I am pleased with the repairs!"

He removed everything out of the bedroom and took up the carpet and the padding in a very short time. He did a great job. There was a large bed in the room and he was able to work around it without having to lift it He helped me move some heavy things to the street because I am disabled and I cannot lift things. "I Purchased the "Big Deal" for Chimney Sweeping & Inspection. The technician (i think it was Van Davis) was right on time. There was some scheduling issue due to some family emergency with them but they communicated and rescheduled as per my availability. I was not sure when the chimney was last cleaned/swept. Van did an excellent job. He offered me some valuable suggestions and tips about operating our gas fireplace. He also inspected the rooftop area as well. Found out an issue with the coating done by a pest control company.
Overall I was very satisfied with Hearthmaster.
