"Initial quote was great, but it took 7 return trips to get the job completed. The biggest issue was the man quoting it and the people doing the work don't seem to communicate. I had to keep calling them back and asking them to complete the job. They did not communicate well as to when they would do the work. Twice I took a day off work with the understanding they would finish the job. Once they showed up and did 20 min of work and said they had to go to the shop and would be back the next day. The other I called and asked where they were and they said they couldn't make it and would be out the next day. In the end, the work is good, but you have to stay on top of them to get the work completed."

They looked up the type of floo I needed and they said that they didn't make the type I needed anymore, but they were able to find a contractor who could fix it instead of replace it. Then he came on a Saturday to fix a drain line so it would stop leaking in the house and make more damage. It took two days and my floors look amazing. Him and his coworker did a great job! They cleaned as they went I couldn’t be more happy. They worked so hard , and even pointed out where our hearing duct had water in it and was not connected. We’re so thankful. Now we can have the heating/ air company fix it when they come to put the unit back in the house. We have a couple more quotes from him for other things we need done.
