"I was referred to Grove by a family member after receiving estimates from two other companies. Garrett Grove arrived on time to provide an estimate. He was efficient, knowledgeable and unlike the other two companies, did not waste my time with a bunch of useless chatter. After reviewing my system, he was able to write up and print out an estimate on the spot. He went over the warranty and explained what all was included in the installation price. This process took approximately one hour. I went with the high efficiency system which vented to the outside of the house rather than up the chimney. After showing me what the outside venting would look like, I was not pleased with the appearance of the vents so Garrett showed me an alternative. Unlike the other sales people, Garrett was able to show me brochures with pictures and information of exactly what I was buying and online images so I knew precisely what I was getting. A down payment was made and a date established for installation. The team arrived on time and went about their job with little disruption to my household. I was kept informed of the progress and was told when I would lose water and/or heat while the installation was performed. I was consulted along the way as to where I wanted various pipes vented to the outside. The job took two days to complete. When the men were finished, they cleaned up the work site and showed me various points about the system, set up the thermostat and explained how it worked. While Grove's system was certainly not the least expensive, I am confident that I received a quality system and installation, and anticipate that I will continue to receive quality service in the future."

"Delivery as promised. No need for AC or heat yet. Installation neat."

"New Beltway is the best choice for your HVAC repair needs! They have the friendliest staff, amazing service, and quality work at fair prices. I had Haden and Shane come out and was very impressed by their kind nature and expertise. I would recommend them to anyone."

"The plumber that came out was professional and knowledgeable. Talk me through the process before starting and after installation cleaned up well, then tested everything to make sure there was no leaks in the system."

"I couldn't be happier with the service I received from McCrea Heating and Air Conditioning Services of Maryland. Upon returning from vacation on a 100 degree July day, I found my old HVAC system basically dead (90 degrees in my kitchen!) ... Shane immediately came out to provide an estimate, we signed a contract on the spot, and he kindly provided some freon to hold me over until the new system could be installed. Brian and Nick showed up exactly on time to install the unit, used drop cloths to protect my flooring, and were exceedingly polite and professional throughout. I'd highly recommend this organization."

"They installed a new ac and furnace and did a great job. They were done by 1 pm the same day and they charged an extremely reasonable price! I am also having them run duct but I haven't scheduled that yet."

"Alan came on time and thoroughly evaluated my home's HVAC and duct system. He agreed that the duct work that I wanted done would likely solve the issue with my system and home. He was much more thorough that he could have been to satisfy my needs. I already had a quote for a much higher amount from Supreme Service Today who has been servicing my home for about three years. Suspecting that Supreme Service Today's quote was very high, I turned to Angi to get competitive bids. Since I had a bid at a much more reasonable price from Alan at One Hour Heating and Air, I contacted Supreme Service Today and asked for a price match. They were willing to match the much lower price from One Hour Heating and Air, so I gave the business to the HVAC contractor that I've been working with for a few years. Good deal! (: Soon I may break my ongoing contract with Supreme Service and come to One Hour Heating and Air !! :)"

"I shopped around and received quotes from this company and 3 others for installation of a new HVAC for my condo. Horizon had a fair price and the customer service and installation was worth it. The technicians and consultants were all professional and got the job done in a timely manner. Would hire again and highly recommend to others. Thank you Shawn, Michael, James, and Butch!"

"Didn't need to replace A/C after all."

"Except for a glitch in communication as to when they were coming to install, things went very well."
