"The contract session was with Stephan Boyer. He was very through and informative. We knew exactly what we were getting and what to expect. Chris Renda and his crew showed up as promised. They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! "I had Re-Roofing America do work for me and they did a good job. The reason for the "average" rating is because Angi inserted themselves in the middle of the project, and they added absolutely no value to the project. Ango assigned a Project Manager (PM). Everything they told me was not true and/or did not happen. As a PM for a project, you are suppose to stay on top of the project, and be proactive in making sure project is on schedule. The PM told ReRoofing America was going to call me before job started, wrong. The PM told me told me materials were being brought by Re-Roofing America, wrong. The PM never contacted me before the job making sure everything was on track and never contacted me during the job to see how things were going. The only contact I had was for payment. I recommend Re-Roofing America, but I strongly do not recommend Angi being part of the project. Work with Re-Roofing America directly and tell Angi to stay out of the middle. Things will go much smoother."

"Everything went great.  Several days before they did our job, the shingles were delivered.  The roofers came on the day we had decided upon and were on time. They were quick as lightening and very polite.  When they began removing the old roofs, they put tarps in our yard and when they finished the tarps were removed.  We have never found one nail in our yard or driveway and they cleaned up beautifully.  The shingles look great and have not given us any problems through strong wind storms and rain this winter.  We would certainly use them again should the need arise.
