He also left a large pipe in the yard that I had to dispose of. I chose to go with the least expensive water heater and still paid $1439.21 with Lanz. Others were significantly lower in price, but definitely not as quick to respond or schedule."

I was glad to see such pride in his work, but again, they were billing hourly and the job ended up costing just under double the initial estimate.
