"We had a great experience with aqueduct. We were able to get them out on short notice to fix a pipe that had burst on Christmas Eve. We had such a positive experience that we had Clayton come out again and redo that entire section of piping (cpvc to PEX). It ended up being a pretty extensive job but he knocked it out within a day and even added some additional insulation to help avoid from future freeze ups. One additional thing: being able to book Clayton online for a specific time window was so helpful. we didn't want to bother with calling folks on Christmas, so his website made it easy to book a time slot without having to wait around to call and then wait to potentially get a response, being able to book online helped us avoid all of that! This is a minor gripe, but they needed to access the pipes through the dry wall in my house. He explained they'd have to cut a hole out of the dry wall inside my interior foyer wall. I was hesitant to cut a hole out of my painted walls, but upon my asking if they could access the pipes from the other side in the garage, he took some measurements and agreed that they could remove the dry wall within the garage if I preferred. What kind of question is that? Would I rather have you cut a hole out of painted interior walls, or from inside my garage? And I had to ask if you would do that? Meanwhile the plumber who came to replace my neighbor's hose bib was removing the dry wall from inside the garage. Anyway, what's done is done. They came on time and performed the work as specified. Just make sure you shop around for pricing. I can't help but feel I overpaid significantly for 1 hour of labor and that just leaves a bad lasting impression on me.
