He replaced all the system air filters and checked system safety and operations. Additionally he replaced the batteries in two hard to reach smoke detectors. While the project took one day longer than originally estimated, the system itself appears to be working well. However, communication was lacking; the team never followed up to check on our satisfaction, nor did they provide the promised instructions on how to maintain our tankless water heater. While the system is largely maintenance-free, it does require a filter change annually and a recharge every 8–10 years. Given current inflation, I am concerned about the potential future cost of that recharge. Overall, the work was satisfactory, but I would have appreciated better follow-through and customer service."

"Sal and his son Joe were very conscientious in the way they performed their work. The main issue was replacing a water heater and this was done very well. They also did some faucet and supply line cutoff replacements and one did turn out to be difficult and required rework. They did this with no complaint and got it corrected quickly. They explained things accurately and let us know what will happen each step of the way before it happened."
