I felt like an idiot because my toilet flushed perfectly each time for him. But Roy made sure to still inspect all toilet components and pipes, went in the basement and outside to look for any causes. He also raised awareness to what other damage leaks can cause and other helpful information to keep in mind. He was very friendly and explained everything very well.
