I had other questions too about little things - a faucet in the kitchen, hot water heater functionality etc. and Stephen patiently and expertly answered every question I had. He beat out three other companies for sump pump install price and was neat, punctual, pleasant, and very fair. He gave me a full breakdown of the price and was completely transparent. The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. "All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."

They sent out contractors on their list. They don?t do the actual work. What they would do is schedule the contractor and then the contractor would not show up and then they would say we thought we called you to tell you they had rescheduled or something like that. The contractors sent the quotes to Top Notch and then Top Notch gave us the quotes. There were a lot of different things to be done. One company they sent out added something to the quote that was not to have been in there. They did not provide the insurance company with the proper paperwork that was necessary

"Platinum Carpentry was great to work with. The owner Dean is a very nice guy and easy to work with. The quality of his work is outstanding. We were out of town when the project was scheduled to start and Dean kept us updated on the progress and a few delays that were encountered due to weather, etc. We are very pleased with how the deck turned out and we would not hesitate to hire Dean and his crew again for future projects."
