Ceiling repair in three rooms, plaster repair of interior walls, door hardware replaced, carpeting removal, complete renovation of a deteriorated bathroom, including shower demolition and tile laying. He explained the costs thoroughly, what needed to be done to get my beloved home of 32 years ready for selling. Very sensible and sensitive to my situation. He was efficient, and recommended only necessary work, saving me money. He has a long history of restoring properties in his native Rhode Island. I am very pleased with the results. "Poured 12 yards of concrete. Very Professional. Communication was excellent. Prompt. No contract. All over email. Concrete truck did minor damage to driveway. Damage was told to me by KFG and they repaired it."

"Everyone we dealt with was very nice. The painters arrived on time and were hard workers. The quote was to power wash, prime (with a heavy duty Mad Dog primer) and apply two coats of paint, however, I believe only one coat of paint was applied. I brought this up with the owner and the workers insist they put on two coats of paint, but some of the original paint showed through in spots. This means they would have had to miss the same spots each time they applied a coat of paint. The trim and siding they replaced was done well. This work was done in September of 2015 and I was assured the paint would last at least a few years. They told me the Mad Dog primer would take care of any problem areas. Unfortunately, the paint is already peeling in some areas. I sent multiple emails to the company over the past two weeks and left a voice mail. I have yet to be contacted by anyone. This is very disappointing."
