He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. "Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"I heard these guys were doing some work in the area so I gave them a call and they came out the same day to see what's going on. My ceiling drywall in the garage was falling and crumbling due to age and improper installation from the previous owner. The guys were able to come in and cut it away and replace it within 2 days! These guys are fast AND affordable! I paid half the amount I would have paid for anyone else! I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for future projects and services!"

I thanked him, and he went his separate ways. The guy was suppose to refer me to an handyman, but he never did. They didn't really do any work. "
