They started demolition on April 25, 2025, dug up part of the driveway, tore out part of my lawn, dumped the sod on my storm water easement, and left a pile of old asphalt in the street. I sent them a formal request with a deadline—they responded with “OK sorry sir” and made excuses like "I still have until 12 AM" instead of giving a real plan to finish the work. Since then, they’ve disappeared again. My property is a mess, and they’ve shown zero professionalism or reliability. In the process of installing my new sump pump, back-up sump pump, and sump pump alarm system, it was determined that a new dedicated outlet could not be created due to my existing electrical panel being too small. Thus, I needed to get an electrical panel upgrade. Through JES Foundation, a date and time was arranged to have my new electrical panel upgrade installed. The lead Root electrician Andrew, and his assistant Andy, dd a terrific job installing the new upgraded electric panel. They were both very friendly, efficient, and professional. Andrew afterwards walked me through everything that was done, and answered any questions that I had. They also cleaned up afterwards very well.
