"Mr. Attia showed up within the 3-6 pm window and gave me 20 minutes notice that he was on the way. He was clear, professional and efficient with his assessment and subsequent oven repair. Also, took a look at our gas fireplace and educated me a bit about its use, and even answered a question about the icemaker in our fridge. Gave me info on ordering new oven racks, too! Great, friendly service at a fair price. I'll definitely be calling American Appliance again."

"LG Tromm washer and dryer. I contacted ND Appliance Services late on Monday. Baqir came out to look at the units on Tuesday and completed work on both on Wednesday. Outstanding work on both. Fast, efficient and very professional. Replaced drain pump and door seal on washer and completely serviced it. Rehabbed the dryer and cleaned out an exceptional amount of grit and lint. Both units look brand new and work flawlessly. Baqir is personable and professional. Arrived when scheduled and charged what was expected. He worked tirelessly and was able to obtain a hard to get door seal in less than one day. Terrific experience for a repair job in all respects. Will use this team again. Five stars for sure!!"

"I was very pleased with the service I got from Q&A Appliance Repair. I have a very old chrome Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator. It still works so why spend $2000 for a new one. The icemaker stopped working about six months ago and I ignored it til about a week ago when the heat made me focus on the fact that I did not have one. Q&A was very responsive and set up a diagnosis appointment. I was impressed with their staff who took the time to go online, get the original brochure, and proceeded to test the pieces of the icemaker in order to properly diagnose the program. While I thought that the water line needed to be replaced, it turned out that the icemaker motor had died (after 20-plus years that's acceptable). I rec'd a very reasonable quote and an appointment to replace the motor was set for a few days hence. Within a few hours, I had ice again in my freezer! I would definitely recommend and use Q&A again!"

"UPDATED 10/30/2020: This is a revision of the 10/7/20 review. They did refund the overpayment and I'm glad that they have been working to make sure that they fixed the problem. They kept me informed about the schedule and arrived and checked the washing machine and determined that it was not the washing machine but I needed an electrician (When the electrician arrived after extensive searching they discovered that the problem was the sump pump) which has now been repaired). They quoted me a fee for the service call. While they were there I asked them about another appliance I was having trouble with. They took a peek and indicated what they thought was the matter and what would be needed for the repair. They gave me a bill for the quoted repair and I paid it by charge card. I was shocked to see that I was charged double the amount I was quoted when I looked at my credit card statement. I'm not sure if they charged me double because they looked at the other appliance, if it was a mistake or something else but I wish they had informed me that I was being charged more. As for the would I hire again I wish there was a maybe button."

"Technicians were extremely flexible with my schedule. When they arrived the quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me an honest opinion on time to repair and costs. Because the part needed to be ordered and would take 2 days to arrive, and my freezer was defrosting, I elected to not repair and buy a new freezer instead. Whole experience was outstanding and I would use and recommend Titan again."
