"Thank you Lily & Team: I contracted with MA Cleaning and Landscape to provide a hardscape solution under my new deck, including a concrete pad and decorative pebbles. They consulted with me on construction day, and completed the $2900 job nicely in 2 days. Being pleased with their work, I asked for help designing a landscape project along a 50 foot stone wall. That $2200 job was also done very well in one day. When issues arose, Lily handled them like a boss. I really appreciated her calling me directly to offer a solution. Lily was very kind and highly professional, which makes a huge difference with me. I am posting this review because I want people to know they can trust lily and her team to do the right thing. I can also highly recommend them for both hardscape and landscape design. Juilo and his crew came in and within two days, removed the burning bush, trimmed the remaining bushes, trimmed back the tree and installed a beautiful retaining wall, with river stone and perennials, and added new sod. "Beautiful job by Troy & Co. Our backyard was useless with standing water and a mud pit under our deck, but Troy installed a french drain system and buried several downspouts to divert the water away from the middle of the yard and installed some river rock with a border under the deck to make it an attractive area versus an eye sore. Will definitely be hitting Troy back up for some more landscaping work in the spring."

The vendor did a great job.  It was about 100 degrees on the day of installation and my corner house gets very strong morning sun.  They men worked continuously without complaint.  The services were performed neatly and efficiently without much disruption to my grass.  They cleaned up all dirt and ground disruptions after the first day's work so that my home looked neat during the 2 day installation. 

Mr. Ramos described the entire installation process and patiently answered all of my many questions.  He was also  more than willing to accommodate my schedule when performing services. I was very pleased with the service delivery and my interactions with Mr. Ramos and his crew and, of course, the end result. The Vendor even returned a few days later to check on how the system was functioning  and to install a rain sensor (a pleasant surprise that I did not know was included.) to detect when it was raining to avoid the unnecessary use of water.

I highly recommend AA Irrigation to anyone seeking the installation of a lawn sprinkler system.  It has only been a few weeks and my lawn is a beautiful and healthy deep green.

"After finding Tillerman Gardens online and requesting an estimate for substantial hardscape/landscape work on our newly renovated house, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that Jesse, the owner, actually grew up in our neighborhood! On top of being a Takoma Park local, and an all around friendly, honest, business owner, we also came to learn that he does great work as well! His team completely transformed our hardscape areas, including installing a beautiful flagstone walkway and patio, a perfectly graded cement driveway, iron railings on our steps, and plants in a number of locations. On top of that, some of the work required some touch up and sealing and Jesse and his team have come out a couple of times later this spring to do that work unprompted. There's a little bit left, but I know they'll be around to finish it as they've taken care of us every step of the way. Even better, everything was done in budget. Look no further! These are your go to guys for all landscape/hardscape work in the area!"
