"Alpha Home Services was such a big help! I had a water leak incident that damaged the floor and ceiling of my home and Alpha Home Services was able to come quickly and open the ceiling and take out the dry wall. The first day they came they laid out all the plastic and closed off the damaged area and took out the dry wall to let air dry the foundation of the home. The next day they let it dry and came to check and spray to ensure there would be no mold. After they came again to install new dry wall and paint. They also were able to give me an estimate for all the damages and talk to my insurance company for the claim. I was able to get my claim and my home repaired in no time. Thank you again!"

They started demolition on April 25, 2025, dug up part of the driveway, tore out part of my lawn, dumped the sod on my storm water easement, and left a pile of old asphalt in the street. Over 6 weeks later, the job is still not done. I sent them a formal request with a deadline—they responded with “OK sorry sir” and made excuses like "I still have until 12 AM" instead of giving a real plan to finish the work. Since then, they’ve disappeared again. My property is a mess, and they’ve shown zero professionalism or reliability. I’m now preparing to report them to state licensing and consumer protection agencies. Be careful—this company is not trustworthy."

In the process of installing my new sump pump, back-up sump pump, and sump pump alarm system, it was determined that a new dedicated outlet could not be created due to my existing electrical panel being too small. Thus, I needed to get an electrical panel upgrade. Through JES Foundation, a date and time was arranged to have my new electrical panel upgrade installed. The lead Root electrician Andrew, and his assistant Andy, dd a terrific job installing the new upgraded electric panel. They were both very friendly, efficient, and professional. Andrew afterwards walked me through everything that was done, and answered any questions that I had. They also cleaned up afterwards very well.
