"It went very well. When removing the old floor tiles, they found considerable damage to the sub floor. Mike showed us ans explained how he would replace it. It required extra labor. Also, when the work was completed, Mike tested the faucet in the new sink and discovered a leak. This was at the end of a 10-hour day. I appreciated the fat that he stayed and made sure the work and Ray did was to our satisfaction. They also custom-fit the vanity for us, which required adding pieces to the sides and the bottom. "We turned our water back on outside after the winter and saw that water was coming through one of our walls. We figured it was a burst pipe. Juan Carlos came out and cut into the drywall and fixed a couple areas of pipe that had cracked during the freeze (we hadn't gotten all the water out of the pipes). He showed us where he was fixing the pipe and made the repairs and told us we could test the pipes again in a couple hours and to call him if we had any problems. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Furthermore, he actually stopped by a couple hours after he made the repairs unannounced just to check up on the repair. I was impressed by that. We saw that there was a third break in the pipe and he made that repair as well. This time, the repair held and our pipes were fixed. He even offered us $25 off his quoted rate for being an Angie's List member (without me asking). I would not hesitate to recommend his services in the future.

Jonathan thoroughly explained everything to me along the way and completed the install for a substantially lower price. Ronnie and Dave at Granite Vision were very friendly and helpful from the first time we walked in their store.  They have a wide range of colors to choose from and they let us spend a lot of time just walking around their warehouse looking, making just a few suggestions based on our price range and our kitchen setup (cabinets, wall color, etc).

The price above included the granite, as well as removal of our old countertops, new sink & faucet, and a plumber (which they can subcontract out or we could have used our own) to install the new sink and hook everything up.  In total, a comparable price to other estimates that we received.

I had to move the install day on them once - they were very flexible which was nice.  On the day of the install they showed up well within the window they gave me and did a great job.  Because of the shape of our counters they had to install the counters in two pieces with one seam, which you can't even tell unless you look closely.  The kitchen looks 100% better!

Service and product were first rate and I would definitely recommend them!
