I am an educated consumer of home improvement services and have contracted for numerous projects over the past 10 years in a 100 year old bungalow. "J. Blanton did an excellent job installing two brand new water heaters in my two flat.  After searching, talking to friends and family, and getting several estimates I decided on J. Blanton.   From the onset, they were courteous and patient with me.  It took some time for me to respond to the initial estimate and another month to schedule the installation but J. Blanton was patient with me  (my water heaters were still functioning but barely hanging on).  I even had to reschedule installation twice yet they were pleasant each time and patient with me.  
On the day of installation, they arrived promptly as promised and in fact the office called letting me know their plumbers/truck had left their yard.   This was very comforting, since I tend to become anxious, in general, when waiting for appointments and service calls.
