Beginning with our first design meeting and ending with the last few items on the punch list, Candy and her team were professional, timely, and great to work with. Candy was able to transform our vision into reality, beginning with computer renderings which included her expert design ideas and recommendations. She was always open to any changes we wanted throughout the process. We were given a detailed timeline of when subcontractors would be working on various projects including demolition, carpentry, drywall, flooring, plumbing, cabinetry, masonry (fireplace) and painting. As with any big renovations, there are always a few hiccups along the way. An unexpected issue with one of the subcontractors was promptly and professionally resolved by Candy, who was always looking out for our best interest, making sure everything was to our complete satisfaction. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Fiama and her team are spectacular cleaners! I hired them to do a deep cleaning of our house as a present for my wife and I and we were so impressed that we asked them to come back twice per month! Now, I'm no Karen, so I wasn't wiping my finger on the baseboards to check if they were dust free, so if that's the kind of clean you're looking for, I honestly can't tell you one way or another if this is it. But if you're a normal person looking to walk into your kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, or any room in your house, take it in with a deep refreshing breath, and a relaxing exhale, "aaaaaa," the Mom & Daughter Cleaning Service team is perfect for you! "They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."
