After closely examining the washing machine, he told me what was wrong (it was the timer), the part that was needed, and the cost to repair it. He detailed each item on the invoice and told me if I wanted the repair, they would order the part and install it as soon arrived. Two days later the part arrived, and Amber called to see if someone could come out that day to install it. Anthony, the repairman was, as all employees I dealt with, polite, professional and dressed accordingly in this current COVID-19.
