"I have been extremely satisfied with this company. The supervisor is outstanding. He is honest, prompt and a good communicator. In 2017 they did some major repair work by replacing replacing wood in the eaves and paneling on the second floor of my house which is wood outside and was built in the early 1970s. They also painted the entire outside of the house. Since then I have used them for home improvements such as bathroom remodeling, replacing a window and wood frame, putting in a drain in the back yard and work in the kitchen replacing stove hood. The work is first class, the crew is courteous and efficient. They do a lot of different types of work on a house and I am very fortunate to have found them and would highly recommend them to you."

"They did a great job. The fence and gates look very nice. We will definitely hire them for any future fence or deck work."

"Good Day! I requested a deck/patio repair and/or rebuild on or about 9 SEPTEMBER 2026! As we ALL know Angis List/Home Advisor is remarkable in that within 10 minutes (I’m being generous on the timeline) it may have been 5 minutes! Hardy Property Solutions called and from HELLO,.. I KNEW that this project was in good hands! The initial meeting was professional, reasonable and most importantly respectful! John and Pop’s were VERY patient with me throughout the ENTIRE project! Hardy Property Solutions has an IMPRESSIVE work ethic The earlier the team could get started ..the better and despite 100 degrees EACH day, my PATIO is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Hardy Property Solutions lets their OUTSTANDING Craftsmanship do the talking! I really liked their payment process by splitting the project instead of all at once (tear-down and removal, install and stain! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hardy Property Solutions! JOB WELL DONE! *I tried to submit the photos.. the site says my pics were too large!!"

"The install went very well.  Jeff Hansen is the owner and he brought one other guy with him to do this job.  The were prompt, very nice and worked very quickly.  It was about 380 square feet of flooring, they removed all the quarter round and replaced it after the tiles were installed.  They moved all the appliances, washer and dryer, and the toilet.  They answered all our questions and were very easy to work with.  There was one tile that looked scratched to me (it wasn't, it just was in the tile design) but Jeff replaced it because he thought it would bother me!  I didn't ask him to but he went the extra mile and did that even though they were finished with the floor.  I thought that was very thoughtful.  They finished ahead of schedule and cleaned up everything.  They left us some of the adhesive and seam sealer just in case we needed to replace any tiles in the future.
Jeff told us to call him if we had any problems with the install and he would help us in any way that he could.  I would definitely hire them again.  They were great!

"Absolutely thrilled with our new deck! The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows in every board and finish. The crew was professional, punctual, and kept the work area clean throughout the entire project. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. The finished deck exceeded our expectations and has completely transformed our outdoor space. We’ve already received so many compliments from friends and neighbors. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service!"

"These guys are legit. Best deck around, no one even compares. NO WOOD OR COMPOSITE. PVC Cellular, is what they do. I had 5 different companies come out, all of them show some composite or pine wood. Yes PVC is more, but it is wayyyyyy better and is worth every penny. If you want a deck to last forever call them."

"A lean too or an additional covered parking space was added to our carport. The addition is very well built and looks great. We had them cover the entire carport with the same roofing, siding around the top of the entire carport and added gutters. While doing all this work they checked for any wood that might need replacing. Some wood was replaced while other pieces only needed a few extra nails. Loved the completed job."

"Having signed on with a different builder in early September, that builder came and tore out our old deck before getting the building permit. After contacting the City of Columbia permit office, we were told more information was needed from the builder. Four weeks later they still hadn't provided the necessary information. We ended up going with Tennth Floor Contracting and they were Awesome!!! After we paid the deposit, they submitted the permit application and even sent us a screenshot of it. 10 days later they had the permit and scheduled the project for 11/10/2025. They were finished by Thursday late afternoon, 4 days later. Edward and his staff were so thoughtful and did great work."

"Joe has given our home a face-lift by installing a new front door and sidelights/transom, as well as replacing 16 windows, and hanging new exterior shutters. I find Joe to be efficient, skilled, prompt, and polite with a great work ethic. Always communicated well with me. Joe made sure I was happy with each project and returned several times to make adjustments. Very professional and highly recommended!"
