Fortunately, there was already a location for the second switch to that area, and John basically relocated the motion Switch to that location. While working on this, we discussed the need for a whole house surge protection ( frequent power outages in Delaware county seems to be a known issue) - John took care of this with another visit and at a very reasonable rate. Later, we had an issue with a breaker that was constantly tripping. John ran diagnostics look to see if there was an issue prior to installing a new breaker. After a new breaker was installed, we have been trouble free. We Power Electric has helped us 3 times and we have been very pleased. Customer service is a benchmark for any company. A call from John to see how things were going shows me that We Power Electric is the company I want working on my house."

"Called them 745 Tuesday morning. Outside temp about 0, so had to get furnace working again quickly. They arrived within 1 hour as promised. Breaker was about 40 years old, not repairable, had to install new breaker panel as old units not available for repair. Not surprised as I had heard this was an issue. They got parts for new full breaker panel, had old panel torn out and furnace back on by 2PM that day. Also had optional whole house surge protection installed for $500 additional above $1800 for breaker panel. 200 amp service."

"Was quoted 12000.00 or so to repair all sewer pipes under crawl space.When I thought work was completed, the repairman came into home holding copper pipes.said they found 4 more leaks and charged me another 4000.00 or so.Also entrance to crawl space not completely covered when work was completed.This will allow animals ,my cat entrance to the crawl space.I had given a good review for this company,but on further review and time to rethink the process I would not hire again.I realize this was a tough job & they spent 4 days here but not happy with the additional $4000 charge,nor the entrance to crawl space not repaired properly ."
