"It went well. Anthony arrived on time and was very courteous. He installed two electrical outlets in less than an hour and everything went smoothly. I am new to the area so during our conversation he also mentioned a local butcher shop which was something i have been searching for recently. All in all it was a great experience great service and the price was a lot lower than i had expected. In the future if i have ANY electrical issues I will be calling Anthony. "The quality of work and professionalism were outstanding.  I had them to the house for something different, and when checking the electrical panel found that I was in a very dangerous situation because of water leakage. The issue was explained to me, the repair immediately scheduled, and they helped with my insurance claim details.  Taken were pictures, which we given to me with detailed explanations about what the pictures represented. Along with that a detailed narrative related to the issue, cause and resolution were supplied to me. My insurance company issued me a check within 15 minutes of receiving the files from Mr Response.

"Everything went wonderfully with this company.  They were very professional, listened to exactly what my problem was, and explained to me how they were going to diagnose the problem and/or solve it before doing any actual work.  Once they started, the team (three people came) worked together like a well-oiled machine.  One was in the room with diagnostics, one was at the fuse box looking for possible problems there, and the third went into the crawlspace beneath our house to look at the physical wiring.  Once the problem was found (there was a faulty wire beneath the house that had come loose from the junction box), it was fixed and tested within minutes and another full diagnostic was done to make sure there were no other possible issues.  They cleaned up after themselves very neatly.  They also replaced the light switch with a dimmer switch at no extra cost!  Well within my budget, and came in even lower than their original (FREE) estimate!  I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Bergen County area.

We were given a quote and then took some time to get other quotes and secure financing. When we were finally ready to commit we let WTPI know and they had our furnace installed within a week! A few days later when the system needed to be balanced Norman was out that afternoon to get everything set up. He is very knowledgeable and made the whole process very comfortable and enjoyable. "When we purchased the Market Ready service from TNTS through Angie's List back in December 2014, I expected that our $89 would buy us a visit from someone who would simply walk through our home and point out things that, if improved, would make our home ready to be put on the market for sale. However, when Brandon and Leslie arrived, they exceeded every expectation we had! A Black-owned business, local to Milton (our hometown), a man with significant contracting experience, savvy, and extremely persuasive. By the time he left, we felt TNTS was our dream come true. Finally, someone who would get into the boat with us! TNTS would have as much interest in preparing our home for sale, selling it, and purchasing a new home for us as we did ourselves

Our only disappointment was their inexperience working with large insurance claims. By February, our home was severely damage by ice dams. We were never able to enter into a contract to renovate our home and make it ready for sale.
