"This was our second time using Diaz for our painting and home renovations. Once again he and his team did an amazing job. For this job, we had Diaz paint our hallway and master, redo our stairs and stair railing, re-finish and stain the hardwood floors, remove old baseboard heaters, and do a complete renovation of our upstairs bathroom (new paint, new floors, new vanity, new toilet, new lighting, new exhaust fan, etc.). He also helped haul out old furniture, removed an old (non-functional) oil gas tank from the basement, and replaced a broken storm door. One of the great things about working with Diaz is that the answer is always yes. His team is more than just painters - he has skilled craftsmen, workers with expertise in plumbing and electric, and everything else. There is no need to deal with anyone else. "After consulting with several companies, I decided to hire ESM Construction LLC for the remodeling of my one-bedroom condo. Their pricing was competitive, and Edgar displayed a wealth of knowledge. "Best Homes LLC just finished our basement and we could not be happier! The quality of work is outstanding and the team was always on time, happy to be here and great at communicating. Jefry is a great project manager and always takes your input regarding placement of different aspects and fixtures. It was a lot of fun working through picking out different tiles, flooring, cabinets, colors, etc to make the space how we envisioned it. We even got to choose the placement of extra outlets and things to make the space fit for our use. The price was very reasonable, especially after being quoted nearly double from another contractor. Our basement turned out absolutely gorgeous and now we have a functional, finished space with a full bathroom and wet bar included.
