The company is affordable and Santos worked within our budget without charging any hidden fees. It took them a while to get started but once they did the pace was quick and we are very happy with the final product. Due to unforeseen complications having to do with our plumbing the final cost was a bit over budget but the communication about it was good. I priced three other contractors and I am glad I went with J.A.K.E. Renovations."

"This was our second time using Diaz for our painting and home renovations. Once again he and his team did an amazing job. For this job, we had Diaz paint our hallway and master, redo our stairs and stair railing, re-finish and stain the hardwood floors, remove old baseboard heaters, and do a complete renovation of our upstairs bathroom (new paint, new floors, new vanity, new toilet, new lighting, new exhaust fan, etc.). He also helped haul out old furniture, removed an old (non-functional) oil gas tank from the basement, and replaced a broken storm door. One of the great things about working with Diaz is that the answer is always yes. His team is more than just painters - he has skilled craftsmen, workers with expertise in plumbing and electric, and everything else. There is no need to deal with anyone else. They contacted me and scheduled a site visit for Friday morning, they confirmed the appointment with two separate text messages. I took off work on Friday and they never showed up, they never called, they never texted. After the appointment window, they never answered their phones even during normal business hours."
