"Terrible experience. I had an electrical issue that started when I plugged a vacuum into an outlet. There was a loud pop, the outlet and the kitchen and garage lights went out. I hired Mr. Sparky of Ocala to do a diagnostic for just under $400. The tech arrived on time and looked at the outlet and a couple of switches. He told me that I need to replace all the outlets, switches and light fixtures in the house but at a minimum, the devices on the dead circuit. He quoted me over $12,000. I decided to do my own diagnostic. I found a loose neutral wire nut in the switch box for the attic light. As soon as I tightened that wire nut, the circuit came back up. The tech did replace the wall switch for the garage light which may or may not have needed replacing. So, I paid $400 for a switch. I never got a correct diagnosis of the problem, which is what I paid for. I gave Mr. Sparky my review and they have not replied. I gave one star only because zero was not an option."

I told him it was unprofessional. 2- He could not screw in bulbs or the glass around the bowls. He told me his hands were too big. I had to do it. 3- He complained constantly about the lights while throwing the F bomb. 4- I pulled out one of the lights. He did not connect the white wire that completes the circuit. Now I have to hire someone to inspect the work he did. After all that he wanted the entire amount of the estimate. I told him I had to help him with all the hanging lights. He complained and complained. I got to the point where I was sick of him and wanted him out of my house. I wrote him the check just to be done with him. DONT HIRE HIM! "
