"Knowledgeable, meticulous and friendly. Pleasure to have met them. Took the time to install the articulating tv mount and accompanying connected soundbar mount correctly. Also, installed a wiring kit to be able to connect the mounted tv to an outlet and run the wires behind the wall. Cleaned up afterwards including vacuuming the drywall dust."

"Paul is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of wiring your home. He was great to have around all day, went above and beyond."

"Carlos responded quickly and came to my home the next day to install my new Ring doorbell. He was super fast and helpful! He is installing more at my home as well since I was impressed with his knowledge and ability to communicate what can be done. I would definitely recommend this company to install electronic devices at your home!"

"The Service tech was efficient and qualified to do the job. He did his job in an hour explained everything he needed and would do and the cost. With that said I will not hire this company again. Their charges are not appropriate for the time spent at site. They charge by the job not the hour which they explained but I needed the job done immediately so I had them complete the work. My job was simple enough to be completed in an hour and the cost was over $250. I will not recommend them to anyone. They did explain that if they just had to change the lightbulb that the charge would be different. I would not try it just find out or suggest anyone do try it. These charges might work for some people, but not someone in my tax bracket."

"Danny from Thomas Edison Electric installed a NEMA 14–50 outlet in my garage for charging an electric vehicle. Very easy to schedule online, multiple options, working with my personal time. Text message reminders and tracking up technician on the way to my home made it easy. Danny explained the process, did a very neat install, also took time to explain how to obtain the credit from Duke Energy, including giving me a detailed invoice and other paperwork. Very fair pricing, senior citizen and veteran discount. Highly recommended, will be using them again for electrical service."
