"The plumber was extremely politeand tried everything to not have to cut into the wall but had to anyway. Unfortunate for me they don't do drywall repair. Plumber kept me informed every step of the way. Was not expecting to have to spend that much but the unit is warranted for 100 yrs and 5 yrs for install. My suggestion to them is hire someone to do the drywall repair and include in project price."

"The electrician explained how he was going to do the work and asked what items I wanted him to pick up for me like the type ceiling fan and exhaust fans. He was very polite and explained my options so I understood. AARROW is now my Electric Company. Willis made an appointment to do this work and had me sitting around all day waiting for them. They were scheduled for 9-11am I called and spoke to their receptionist at 5:45 and she said she was surprised the guy didn't show up yet or call. She then told me that she was going to call him to see what was going on and that she would call me back, I never heard a word from them after that.
