He returned my call, the same day. I found Greg, a pleasure to deal with. I chose his company to call, over 3 other names I felt fortunate, it worked out so well, and I made an excellent choice. Now have the name of someone who handles all types of home repairs, that does excellent work. I was extremely impressed, that upon walking up to my door, he removed the snow, off the steps. "Waxtel LLC did a major renovation on my co-op on Sutton Place South. The renovations included new bathrooms, new kitchen, painting, floor restoration and a host of other repairs and renovations. The Company is excellent and I would highly recommend them. Besides the excellent workmanship, the owner, Dave Waxtel, was extremely responsive to all issues. I have dealt with contractors many times, and I would say Waxtel is the best one I have ever used. Moreover, the price was reasonable and fair. You will not be disappointed if you hire them. "This company did a total renovation of a 6th floor condo in Howard Beach N.Y. with one elevator and very long hallways. A Very (difficult job) they were very professional, they papered the condo hall floor to protect them from any damage. The renovation was finish on time and looks great. The follow up was just as good. I have used them a number of times for small jobs since the renovations. They were just a good."

"They did a great job!! The house painting job took about one month to complete because of the scraping and other prep work that was needed. I have a English Tutor style home that hadn't been painted for 12 years and in some places the wood planks needed to be replaced. Once the prep work was completed the workers applied one coat of primer and two coats of paint. For each job, the cost estimate included the cost of materials. There prices are extremely reasonable given the high cost of all the materials they used to complete these jobs. The house exterior looks great now. They painted the house using Benjamin Moore Regal Select paint. This is the best exterior paint made today. In the fall I had Gaudioso Contracting come back to complete some additional repairs involving securing my yard wooden fence that had fallen down from high winds and some driveway cement work. The guys fixed the fence in one full day and and completed the concrete work also in a single day, In each case there was a crew of 3 men who because of COVID wore masks the entire time and totally cleaned up each work site after the repairs were completed. I was extremely satisfied with their knowledge and skills. I would recommend Gaudioso Contracting for all small and large home construction improvement projects. Their foreman gives accurate cost estimates and the workers are skilled experienced craftsmen who take the time to do the job right!!."

We had cracked steps, concrete, and a huge patch of dirt that we didn't want; now our front yard is smooth, neat, and clean looking. The job was completed quickly and the team was very professional.
