He had all the parts on hand, very professional, repaired it in a quick timely manner. 3 weeks later we noticed water behind or washing machine on the floor. We contact Jon and he came out the next morning to double check the washing machine. Found that the drain hose had moved and was splashing back. He fixed our issue with no questions asked. He was super affordable and amazing and we will be using him again. I would highly recommend him to anyone."
