"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"Legacy home services did an amazing job. I had 2 different installers out who couldn’t get the job done. These two guys did an outstanding job. Got the counter top cut and were very respectful. They asked me if I wanted to put down a cover for the sawdust and then they vacuumed up the sawdust and cleaned up before they connected the electric stovetop. I would absolutely recommend Legacy Home Services to my friends and family. The price was also unbelievably reasonable. Thank you for the outstanding job you did!"

"I was referred by a friend for any appliance repair, I had a microwave crash out so I contacted Appliance Service. Tech came out and made the repair without delay. Personable and professional, it was exactly what I needed."

"Refrigerator was repaired, washer and dryer were written off as a lost or beyond repair due to parts needed for repair no longer in stock, and the garage door was repaired but not covered by CHW"

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."

"The service was wonderful, the employee that showed up to help me with my garage door answered all my questions and concerns. I definitely recommend royalty garage services if you need help concerning your garage door."
