"Gustavo from Escamilla plumbing is a pro thru and thru. I gave him a tough job that I wanted to tackle but didn't have the necessary tools or time to tackle. I had him relocate the water heater lines and install a tankless water heater, remove steel pipes and redo drain lines. The kicker for the water lines was access next to a furnace and new gas lines that needed to be run due to insufficient gas supply. During the project we found micky mouse water line taps that needed to be removed and the house water shutoff valve that failed to closed completely. Lots of unexpected work but he gave decent quotes to complete the job. He is quick, doesn't cut corners, and gets the job done. I wholeheartedly recommend him for project a homeowner wouldn't touch or doesn't have time to do. "

To make a long story short, this guy knows what he is doing, has the equipment including cameras and an excellent team. They did an AMAZING job at a FAIR price. Replacing the main sewer pipe is no easy job, but they were able to do it and do it right. They also cleaned everything up at the end of the day and even planted back the plants that had to be removed during the process!"

"I spoke with Marco, the owner of the business. He was very clear and was able to explain the options he would take to save me as much money as he could. Unfortunately after running a camera through the sewer line it showed that there were multiple issues. I had a belly in the line that wouldnâ t drain and just past that the pipe was partially collapsed. Marcos team was able to quickly jackhammer out the concrete to access the line, repair it, and then did a fantastic job patching up the concrete. "We were VERY happy with the work Andrew (the handyman) provided. He was prompt, very knowledgeable, worked quickly and efficiently. The quality of his work was excellent! We did however have a problem with the customer service as far as being able to contact the company and to get prompt responses with accurate information. Monica, the office manager, seemed to never be available to answer our phone calls, our calls were not returned and the information we requested was not always interpreted correctly. Overall, we were happy with the work, but it took longer than it should have to communicate with them and to get the work set up to be done."
