A few weeks ago I was trying to figure out who the installers were who installed the solar system on my house. I bought the house last year and the system had not worked since. "Cassie, the service person from Aire Serv, did an outstanding job. She clearly knew her job and was able to explain everything to me in a way that made me feel comfortable and confidant. I've used other heating and air conditioner companies in the past and felt they did an okay job but never felt the service people were up to the level of this person, or felt they were pressuring me to buy something. There was no pressure from Cassie.

"The team arrived as scheduled. Alex & Tyler worked well as a team. They installed ceiling fans which we had purchased ahead of time. They had to put in fan boxes for all 3. Also we had to replace 2 bathroom fans. They supplied one of those. Lastly we needed outlets on our porch. They were able to get all this done in about half a day. We were super impressed with the ease of setting up the assessment, scheduling the work and completion of the job. The prices fit our budget. We were not pressured into additional work. In the future we are planning more upgrades around our place and we will be calling Mr Electric again. Than you Alex & Tyler for doing such a great job."
