The manager was not even willing to speak with me. This company cheats its customers and its management hides behind its customer support staff."

"Felt kind of bad for the installer on the day he came to set up our alarm package. He was clearly brand new, and struggled a bit to get everything working correctly. However, he called his manager a few times to help with troubleshooting and in the end all got done. Took longer than it should have, but the gentleman was extremely nice and apologetic. They threw in a couple of extra motion sensors for the basement to make up for the long visit. Extremely nice touch and customer service. Still giving 5 stars."
