"Buyer beware! Deep Dive replaced one toilet, flushed out our water heater, and installed a small accelerator pump so hot water comes in faster on the water spickets. The service person also promoted membership in "Ollie's Club" which covers flushing out the water heater again in one year and "discounts" on their prices. The charge was $2,300! We later discovered that we overpaid by more than $1,000. The membership is bogus. The services are so overpriced that the discount means nothing. We got scammed."

"This pro arrived slightly outside of the arrival window, but did let me know in advance, which was fine. He worked proficiently and completed the job in a timely fashion. I observed most of his work and it appeared he knew what he was doing. I am happy with the installation, but only have one concern about how the expansion tank was installed. I wasn’t aware of its proper installation until I later researched it and found out that it should have been installed on a wall rather than being supported by the copper pipes. Also, I would have liked to see him check the gas line for any leaks and add a sealant for a level of safety, however, since this pro provided a one-year labor warranty, it gives me a little more confidence in the installation. "
