"Both projects went perfectly. They showed up every day at 8 AM and worked till 5 PM. They cleaned the jobsite every day before leaving and they were very courteous to my wife he was home during the porch renovation turning it into a sunroom. I would highly recommend them for any construction project . We also had them finish our basement several years ago and they also remodeled our lake home. They do very high-quality work at a fair price. A lot of the workers have been with Centennial for many many years."

"Sales and Installation:
Their sales staff was professional and courteous.  The installation went well and on schedule.  The group that installed the patio were very polite, respectful of our home, and were true professionals.  I have nothing bad to say about the quality of our room and how happy we are with our purchase.  We love our enclosed patio.
Service:
Approximately 6 months ago, the lock on our sliding glass door stopped functioning and we were unable to lock this door.  Long story short, I have been calling for service now for 6 months and no service person has called me back.  The part that is most bothersome is that everytime I call for service I actually talk to a real person in the Fisher's office, so it's not like I'm leaving messages on a voicemail that no one checks.  I called several times in 2014 with no call back.  I was so bothered by this that I actually stopped by their showroom in Fishers in December of 2014 and spoke to someone.  I was told that they would call in two weeks.  No call.  I then called some time in early February of 2015 and was told again it would be two weeks.  No call again.  Today is 27th of March and I called once more for service and was told that someone would call me back.  Needless to say I'm not expecting a phone call back.
In conclusion, I have nothing but praise for our room and how much enjoyment we've gotten out of it.  I'm just a little confused as to why they are so reluctant to fix a simple lock on a sliding door?  My concern is that if someone is going to be ignored for a little problem like this, what if someone has a big problem (structurally) they they need this company to address?  I hired this company based on Angie's List reviews, along with their (perceived) professionalism and warranty of work.  I have held off writing a review since this seems like such a small issue, but I feel that I've been more than patient.  I just want the lock fixed.

Update 04-Apr-2015: The service person arrived today and replaced the lock.  The whole thing took about 10 minutes.  Service person gave me his card and said from now on, call him directly.

"The windows were ordered in July with the expectations that it would be 6-8 weeks delivery. (that was ok, since we were trying to do all renovation work on the new home before we would move in)  The actual move-in was predicated on the assertion that the entire window/door delivery would arrive as expected. Unfortunately , they were 7-10days later than predicted.  When they did arrive,  the  installation was scheduled for the following week.  With the anticipated installation to take 3-4 days, they proceeded to install the windows that had been delivered.  After a few road blocks (which were amicably remedied) the installation was partially complete in a week.  The complete installation of ordered windows and doors was delayed due to the patio doors not arriving at the same time.as the windows.  Said doors arrived the following week. At this date, September 29, we are still awaiting the promised locks for the patio doors.  As of November 2014 the locks have been installed on patio doors.  They work okay, that is they will lock from the inside, but i cannot lock them from the outside, as there is not enough maneuvering space for the key and a hand. Therefore, I have to make sure that they are locked and exit out another door.  As of this day in January 2015, (temps below zero), there is ice inside the windows.  I will be contacting them in this regard, as i don't believe that that should be the case.
(as far as using the provider in the future, the "yes" is conditional, depending how the condensation issue is dealt with)

"I had two wireless electric blinds installed today, and the installers, Ronnie and Alex, were excellent and professional. The shades are very nice quality and provide a clean appearance covering the sliding doors, and they look like they were built-in to the frame. All went great and fast, and they look very nice, so I can recommend Zinga's!"

"We used Robin Campbell Builders (RCB) for designing and building our new home. Robin and Chad met with us before we started to show us some designs of homes they have done and their process. We were impressed and met with them at a customer’s home to view a home that had been recently completed. We enjoyed seeing the craftsmanship and attention to detail. We involved Chad and Robin in the process of picking a lot for their option on buildability and design of the home on the lot. With their expertise we decided on a lot and made the purchase. After purchasing the lot we found some home designs we liked but they needed changes, add a room here, change this wall here, remove this, add this. We sent this to Robin and Chad and got back some drawings in a few weeks. We made some more changes and got a finished design within about 3 edits. Building a custom home takes time and took us about a year start to finish, with 6 mo. of that being construction and prior 6 mo. planning and securing financing. Working with Robin and Chad that long for this project, there were some hurdles and disagreements but all were handled professionally by RCB. We would use RCB again if we needed to, but we hope we don’t need to as we have our forever home. We worked with several of their subcontractors during the build process and most of them were great and easy to work with. There are always struggles along the way, but RCB met those professionally and kept us in the loop with any issues. We loved working with the framing crew, finish carpenter, painters, plumber, electricians, flooring, and lumber providers to name a few. Each sub did great work and Robin and Chad made sure our needs were met and quality work was done. We highly recommend using RCB for your new home construction or renovation needs."

"Great! Shane is very professional. He was able to get me a quote within a few days and explained the process thoroughly. We had to re-schedule because of the weather, but Shane got us on the schedule within the next week. He has been in touch with me via phone, text, and email throughout the process. The porch looks amazing - he even installed a new door for us and came back to replace wood that had rotted that he discovered while working on the screen. Shane is friendly, professional, and communicates well - and the finished product is amazing! I would definitely recommend him to others and plan to contact him again in the future for other projects."

"I have had the spivey crew on 5 different projects over the years. Bath remodeling, sunroom, kitchen, basement finish and most recently a first floor reconstruction and stairway. The spivey crew has always excelled at the design and implementation of the work. Most importantly they stand behind every job they perform! The crew is kind and friendly; the type of people you can feel comfortable with in your home. My husband's joke to me is the “spivey time” schedule, because they usually take a little longer than I had told him, probably due to my attention to detail ?. Spivey has been my “go to company” since 2008. If I have a future project planned Spivey would be my choice!"

"Great experience working with the Nathan Alan crew! Nate met with my wife and me to discuss cabinet materials and layout. We wanted a contemporary look and finish. Nate listened attentively to our needs and was able to provide the options and layout we were looking for in a quality product. Ward, the Project Coordinator, kept the project on-track and on-time. Lee, the Installer, was a pleasure to work with and an expert in his skill. I highly recommend!

"After receiving several reputable referrals and conducting our own research, our family decided to work with Moss Roofing. We are pleased to share that they exceeded our expectations. Your home is one of the largest investments you make, and it's personal. Finding someone you trust to complete the work and care about the level of detail as if it were their own home is very hard to find. Scope of Work Completed: • New shingles • Replace box vents with vent ridge • Remove chimney • Replace fascia & metal • New gutters • New soffits Our initial interaction was with Benny Noland. Benny, an expert in his field, made us feel confident we were working with the best. He was down-to-earth, answered all our questions, and was always prompt in responding. A specific instance that stands out is when a small tree fell on our property while we were on vacation. Benny took the time to trim and cut the tree for us, going above and beyond his duties. Thank you, Benny! The project was then smoothly handed over to Chris Davisson, who managed everything from start to finish. Chris was outstanding to work with. His team was respectful of our home and meticulous in their work. Chris was a great communicator throughout the entire process, being honest, upfront, and friendly. He addressed all our concerns and assured us we would be taken care of, staying true to his word and commitment. We also had the pleasure of working with Delaney Courtney and Allison Moss behind the scenes, and they were equally wonderful. Having been in customer service for 14+ years, I have high expectations for what constitutes a great client experience. Moss Roofing provided an exceptional experience for me and my family. I highly recommend this company for their quality of work, experienced staff, professionalism, and integrity. Thank you for everything you've done for our home!"

FAQs for sunroom or patio enclosure building service projects in Atlanta, IN

A sunroom is a fully enclosed space with walls of windows or glass. It allows you to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the indoors, protected from bugs and weather. It functions as an additional room in your home. A covered patio extends your home's roof over an outdoor area, providing shade and shelter while remaining open to the fresh air. It's a great way to enjoy outdoor living while being protected from sun and rain.

Adding screens to your porch is the most budget-friendly way to enclose it. Screening keeps out insects and debris while letting you enjoy the breeze and outdoor ambiance. It's less expensive than installing full walls or glass enclosures and doesn't usually require permits, making it an efficient way to upgrade your porch.

If you're transforming your porch into a fully enclosed living space like a sunroom, you'll likely need a sturdy foundation, such as a reinforced concrete slab, to support the structure. For a simple screened-in porch, you might be able to use the existing floor and support posts without additional foundation work. It's best to consult a professional to determine what's needed for your project.

An enclosed porch can be considered a living space if it's fully enclosed with solid walls and windows, has a proper roof, and includes heating and cooling systems. It should also have direct access from inside your home. When these criteria are met, the space becomes an extension of your home's livable area.
