"I had a disappointing experience with Mister Sparky. During the service, the technician installed a breaker in my panel that clearly specifies only Eaton breakers should be used. That raised immediate concerns about attention to manufacturer requirements and code compliance. I also experienced significant issues with an automated lighting system. Multiple technicians were sent out, and I was repeatedly told the problems were related to my new construction home rather than the work performed. After ongoing troubleshooting and no resolution, the entire lighting system was ultimately removed. This was a frustrating and costly experience. While this occurred nearly four years ago, it left a lasting impression. I?m not sure why Angi is requesting a review now, but based on my experience, I would not recommend this company."

"I hired Juice Electric a year ago because my walk-pad was consistently tripping the breaker in my upstairs room. Nick claimed to have "fixed" the issue, charged me for the service, and left. Fast forward to now: the issues started again downstairs. I had a different electrician come out to inspect the panel, and what he found was appalling. Rather than actually diagnosing the circuit load or the sensitivity of the breaker, Juice Electric performed an illegal and hazardous bypass. He installed a breaker without the required safety trip (AFCI/GFCI), essentially masking the problem instead of fixing it. By removing that safety feature, he bypassed the code meant to prevent electrical fires just to stop the "annoyance" of the trip. He compromised the safety of my household & charged me for the privilege. If you value your home or safety, stay far away from this business. Taking illegal shortcuts with high-voltage electricity is peak negligence. I?m lucky my house didn?t burn down."

"They were very good at installing the GFCI plugs though one is not working in the kitchen. But Ken Howard was very vague about why the AC was not working. He did state in an email before he arrived that the AC company put the wrong motor in and put a single speed motor in the air handler vs a variable speed motor and the single speed motor requires more power which is why the breakers were tripping. And conclusively the single speed motor also tripped the breakers many times and finally tripped the breaker for the heat pump outside the other component of the AC system and shorted it out.. So basically the wrong motor shorted out my whole system which Ken Howard explained in choppy language, more like shop talk between electricians and not in layman's language which the average person could understand, which I thought was unprofessional."
